Shots fired, car damaged

From the police blotter:

On August 16th, at approximately 1:00 AM, North Precinct officers responded to a report of a disturbance with shots fired in the 1300 Block of NE 52nd Street. Officers responded and located several shell casings in the road and a parked, unoccupied car with bullet holes in the windshield and the rear window shattered. One round was lodged in the driver’s door. Officers searched the area thoroughly for victims or any additional damage, but did not locate any.

Several people were contacted for their possible involvement in the disturbance at 47th and Brooklyn Ave NE, but they were released after speaking with officers.
